PP Meltblown Cloth Nonwoven Fabric For N95 Medical Mask Automatic Making Machine Poduction line for Width 600/800/1600/2400mm
This is whole set of production line for melt blown PP cloth production, including machines of extruder/filter/melt pump/mold/forming device/electrostatic electret, the melt blown PP cloth reaches the standard for medical N95 face mask.
Machine summary
This unit uses polypropylene PP special material to enter the flow channel of the melt blown die head after plasticizing, and then enters the spinneret after evenly distributing. The high temperature, high speed and high pressure hot air jet forms the melt blown nonwovens, which is the most critical filter material in the middle layer of the mask
Meltblown production
Using hot air jet, hot polypropylene is extruded from the holes of the spinneret of the spinneret to make it extend like fiber, and then gather on the conveyor belt to form a fiber network according to its self fusion. There are many small nozzles arranged on the spinneret with a diameter of only 0.15mm. The melt polypropylene flow from the nozzle extends through the high-speed air flow and concentrates on the moving conveyor belt to obtain the melt spray cloth.
